“The property is easy to access from the major Hwy system. It is nice that they have a restaurant in house but the prices they charge seem to be excessive.”

“Did not expect room cleaning every day, but quantity of amenities provided were small, so we had to request more toilet paper, soap, clean towels, emptying of waste baskets, etc, daily. Fridge in room froze contents we put in it. The chlorine levels at pool and hot tub were so high our eyes stung and we were unable to use those facilities. On the good side, staff were helpful, the breakfast service was decent and the food fresh.”

“Beautiful facility 30 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The room was clean and fresh, and the location next to the river can't be beat. We enjoyed learning about the history of the building while admiring the beautiful renovations.”

“The property was cute,recently refurbished. There was someone cooking fish and it permeated the hall. It lacked any ventilation and triggered allergies. However, it was a great value for the money. We had to leave before breakfast but it looked generous in choices.”

“Room was clean, bedding and towels were n ice. Breakfast was not available because I left too early. No hot tub. Was hard to understand man behind desk. didn't talk loud enough and dialect was hard to understand.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would improve is to have more electrical outlets and/or modern device chargers available in the room. There were very few electrical outlets, and of those that were available, two were so loose they were unusable -- the plug would fall right out as soon as you let go of it. There were some old-style USB charging options, but most devices don't use that style anymore, so unless you bring your own adapter, they aren't usable.”

“They tried to charge my card ELEVEN different times for $50 and they successfully got one of those transactions to go through. I’ve spoken to the manager and the MULTIPLE clerks at the desk. I asked for an itemized sheet when I checked out, they didn’t email it as promise. I have about $200 that they have of mine that I’ve still not gotten back. The pillows and the floor were covered in blood. It was so much easier to throw everything to the side instead of trying to get help. No one knows...
